K G5013W price attractive metal band-saws with optimum cutting range, designed for a professional craftsman, is distinguished by efficiency and easy use. The machine has an arm swivelling in both sides what is a very big advantage during materials cutting at an angle. In spite of small overall dimensions, but of high weight, the machine is very stable and does not undergo vibrations during cutting bigger materials – as machines of low weight. The arm construction has been modified is such a way that the horizontal band-saw can be changed in a moment into a vertical band-saw with a table. It is used not only during metals cutting, but also can serve as a vertical cutting-fret saw for joiner work. For the cutting straightforwardness is responsible a set of bearings guiding the band. The machines are serially equipped with a limit switch and ON/OFF switch in accordance with IP 54. The saw rotary frame for double bevelling within -45o - +60o. A hydraulic cylinder (serial equipment) to arm steplessly.
- The machine arm made of shaped spheroidal cast iron secures rigidity during operation and absorbs all types of vibrations.
- Three speeds of the band operation adjusted with a blocking strip.
- A vice swivelling in both sides secures material cutting at angles of -45o – 60o (double bevels).
- Suitable band tilt angle given by a set of bearing rollers.
- Cutting straightforwardness secures a set of the bearings guiding the band.
- A cast iron work table on which is a vice clamping material and to which the machine arm is fixed, translate directly into the machine stability.
- Electric installation meets all CE requirements. The machine is equipped with a limit switch stopping the machine after cutting process is ended, an emergency button so called safety button consistent with IP 54.
