The portable band-saw for metal cutting G5012WA is distinguished by high efficiency and easy operation. A swivel vice secures cutting optimal range. The band-saw arm made of shaped spheroidal cast iron secures rigidity during operation and absorbs all types of vibrations.
Three speeds of the band operation adjusted on a belt transmission.
A swivel vice secures material cutting at an angle of 0 – 45o.
Suitable band tilt angle given by a set of bearing rollers.
Cutting straightforwardness secures a set of the bearings guiding the band.
A cast iron work table on which is a vice clamping material and to which the machine arm is fixed, translates directly into the machine stability.
Electrical installation meets all CE requirements. The machine has a limit switch stopping the machine after the cutting process is ended, an emergency button so called safety button consistent with IP 54.
The machine is equipped with a quick-clamping vice and a limiter of worked element, in a standard version.
