In order to realize the low-speed and high-torque function of the spindle, the machine sets up 2-stage automatic transmission and spindle servo motor. The low speed is 6~300r/min and the high speed is 30~1500r/min.
The external milling head consists of two 45 ° slide rests, which can turn 360 ° in the left and right direction and 0~90°in up and down direction. The combination of the spindle center line can rotate at any angle in front hemisphere arbitrary space, so that the tool is milled.
Machine tool spindle taper hole is of the ISO50; it can be equipped with end mills, vertical mills, cutter sets, taper shank cutter, disc cutter and forming cutter. By using collet chuck, small straight shank cutter can be installed. Processing materials includes steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metal, which can be milled at ordinary speed, can also be milled in high-speed or high-speed & high-intensity used with carbide tools. It is ensured sufficient rigidity under the rated load of the machine tool.
This machine is not only suitable for large batches production, but also suitable for single-piece and small batches production, machine repair workshop or mold workshop.
